In-store RETURNS. If you need to return or exchange any item that has not been discounted, please note you must do so within 14 days of purchase: with the receipt! All items returned must be in the original condition that they were received—NOT WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and must have ALL TAGS and the original packaging. The return item(s) must be free and clear of odors, lint, and pet hair. We have the right to reject/refuse any returns or exchanges if we believe the item(s) have been altered in away way.

On-line RETURNS -- There will be a restocking fee of $15 per item on all refunds or exchanges via on-line purchases. If you need to return or exchange any item that has not been discounted, please note you must do so within 14 days of purchase: with the receipt! All items returned must be in the original condition that they were received—NOT WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and must have ALL TAGS and the original packaging. The return item(s) must be free and clear of odors, lint, and pet hair. We have the right to reject/refuse any returns or exchanges if we believe the item(s) have been altered in away way. Once the item(s) has been received back to Mocean, we will determine the refund/exchange less the restocking fees. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs! If the refund/exchange is approved, Mocean will refund/exchange the funds/item(s) back to the original purchasing party/payee/payment type within 14 days after receiving!  We will notify you via email or phone.

We are not responsible for stolen packages; if your tracking number shows your items have been delivered and you have not received the package, you must contact your mail carrier and file a claim. Mocean is not responsible for missing, damaged and/or stolen packages.
